Return and Refund Policy to buyers.
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return (within 48hrs of purchase being received will a return be considered)
- State of return (If a item arrives damaged, within the box that was sent, starwarscomics will review and inspect state of item and consider return if no foul play is suspected (item looks to have been tampered with by the buyer no return will be available)
- Reason for return (Buyer to be made responsible for any purchase made, starwarscomics are not responsible for a incorrect order that will be the buyers fault and no return will be issued, be aware of what you are purchasing before buying)
- Process for return (starwars comics will only send out via Royal Mail, and if a return is requested by a buyer, it is the buyers responsibility to send the item back in the condition it was sent out and use the Royal Mail service if this is not done no refund or return will be accepted, images of all deliveries will be photographed by starwarscomcis to reduce any foul play)
- Process of refund (if a refund process goes ahead, starwarscomcs will investigate via Royal Mail to determine a outcome for a refund of what Royal Mail respond to any specific query)
